- Under normal conditions your tools are looked at within 48 hours of receipt and repaired within 5-7 business days.

- How do I get my tool to you?
- Locally you can drop your tool off at our office. Anyone outside of Cleveland can ship it to us via UPS, Parcel Post, or any other suitable courier.

- What Paperwork do I need to send with my tool?
- Send a return address, information on someone to contact, a copy of the purchase order to cover the repairs, and any warranty information on your tool.

- Is there any type of Warranty?
- Warranty on new tools is 60 Days from date of purchase, Warranty on repairs is 30 days.
